Awning Info: Shaded Area: 11.8'L x 8.2'W (360L x 250Wcm), 96 ft² (8.57 m²). Assembly and installation required. Recommended to be installed 8.2'- 11.5' (2.5-3.5m) above the ground. Note: Large amounts of rain can collect on the fabric and cause damage, so please take it back on a rainy day.
