It is a good, comfortable chair but hard to assemble.

I like chair so far (have been using for a week). It is comfortable, specially, the lumbar region. Massage feature is okay - some vibration and that's it. The seat cushioning is optimum (though a litter more cushion would have made it better). The con is assembly - first, the instructions in the manual are not clear at all. You should have some video to explain the assembly. The assembly is a bit tricky for one person - specially for the armrest (there should be markers as to which is left and right)... Great place to place your butt

Once put together it is an outstanding buy. ALL parts were there .Had a small problem with alignment with bolt holes but once that was overcome . It's so darn good I'm using it right now . My old one was PU leather and finally stuck too many times to my body. This one is cloth and is much better to my bare armsDefnitely would recommend OH one theing the Allen screws ar 5 mm
