Do cash vouchers have an expiration date?
Each cash voucher comes with an expiration date. vouchers cannot be used past this date.
Can all Aosom users use cash vouchers?
Cash vouchers are exclusive to registered Aosom.ca users. Guests cannot redeem vouchers.
How many vouchers can be redeemed in one order?
Only one cash voucher can be applied to each order.
Can vouchers be combined with other promotions?
Yes, in most cases, cash vouchers can be used alongside select promotions featured on the website.
Can the cash voucher be used on all Aosom products?
Cash vouchers are valid only for Aosom’s own brands with packages labelled 'Shipped by Aosom Canada'.
Eligible brands include: Outsunny, HOMCOM, Aosom, PawHut, Qaba, DURHAND, Vinsetto, Kleankin, Soozier.
Can I use cash vouchers for third-party services?
No. Cash vouchers cannot be used to cover: Third-party service fees (e.g., installation, lift gate), Handling or freight surcharges.
Can visitors use cash vouchers?
Cash vouchers are exclusive to registered Aosom.ca users. Guests cannot redeem vouchers.
Will my cash voucher be refunded if I returned an order?
Once a voucher is redeemed, it cannot be reissued or refunded if the item is returned.
