Our Black Friday Best Price Guarantee applies to all featured brands—Aosom, Soozier, Outsunny, PawHut, Qaba, HOMCOM, Vinsetto, Kleankin, and Durhand.
1. Eligibility
This program is exclusively available to registered Aosom.ca customers in Canada who make a purchase during our Black Friday promotional period (November 3, 2025, to December 1, 2025) while logged into their account (guest checkout excluded).
2. How It Works
If you find the same product (identical barcode and brand) at a lower price on Aosom.ca within our Black Friday period, you can claim a refund equivalent to the price difference. To submit your claim, fill out our online form with your order number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on Aosom.ca.
Once your Black Friday Price Guarantee claim is submitted, our team will review the details and notify you of the decision via email. If a claim is not approved, we will explain why.
3. Important Details
New items only: The Black Friday Price Guarantee covers new items and excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items.
Price matching conditions: The matched price must be valid (available for purchase) during the Black Friday period, with no additional coupon codes or site discounts applied. It must reflect the same sales conditions as your Aosom.ca purchase, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
Limitations: Price Guarantee claims are limited to one per SKU. This guarantee does not apply to private sellers, auction sites, or second-hand websites. Flash Sale items on Aosom.ca and special promotions with limited stock are also excluded.
