Instructions were clear and easy to follow. You will want a drill screwdriver for this cause it comes all in seperate pieces with a whole lot of screws. Save your hands and screw those in with a drill lol In the end it was exactly what I wanted.

I was looking for a table of reasonable size but also saves space in my condo (for my occasional art and sewing projects.) I found this one and to my surprise it fits perfectly for my needs. It's a great table. Assembly was fairly simple. Started assembly with a manual screwdriver but, pulled out the power drill when it came to screwing down the hinges for the drop down sides. Power drill recommended! All in all, assembly took 3 hours total for me, but i also have two kids running around. This could be done under 3 hours without distractions. Both sides fold down easily. I'm happy the larger storage cupboard has a soft-close feature. The table is sturdy, a bit heavy. Fits perfectly...
