RULES
Customers who place their orders at or after 6:00 PM EST each day from 11/3/2025 to 11/25/2025 will be eligible for the "free order" event. The first three customers to complete their purchases each day will receive a free order, with a maximum value of $200 per order.
Free order winner announcement dates: November 12 (for orders placed from November 3 to 11), November 19 (for orders placed from November 12 to 18), and November 26 (for orders placed from November 19 to 25).
Customers will receive their free orders via refund.
Conditions:
Order Time: Both the Order Submission Time and the Payment Time must be after 6:00 PM EST each day from 11/3/2025 to 11/25/2025**, respectively**.
Eligibility: The first three customers whose payments are completed will receive a Free Order (sorted by payment time).
Maximum Refund: The maximum amount for a free order is limited to $200. (If a customer spends more than $200, the portion exceeding $200 will not be eligible for the free order refund.)
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Non-Transferable: Promotional rewards are non-transferable and non-assignable.
Promotional Period: 11/3/2025–11/25/2025. Customers must place orders within this period to be eligible for a free order. Any order that is not successfully paid in full during this period or is canceled within the next 30 days, will be disqualified.
Limited to One Per Customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to receive only one promotional reward during the entire promotional period subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. If a customer qualifies to receive more than one promotional reward, the customer will receive the reward that occurred first.
Refunds and Maximum Promotional Reward: Any order that is refunded will be disqualified from the promotion. Additionally, the maximum free order amount for each eligible recipient of the promotion is capped at $200.
Free Order Non-Refundable: Free order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Coverage Includes:
- The selling price of the item (the actual amount paid after deducting coupons and discounts).
Refund Coverage Excludes:
- Shipping fees
- Insurance fees
- Packaging fees and other additional charges.
Refund Processing Date: All free order refunds will be processed on December 2, 2025.
Refund Timeline: Your refund will be returned to your original payment account within 15 business days after processing.
Disqualification Due to Fraudulent Activity: Customers found to be engaged in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the promotion through technical means will be disqualified and banned from all future Aosom promotions.
Disclaimer: Aosom shall not be held responsible for any issues caused wholly or partially by technical problems, including but not limited to issues related to internet services, servers, hardware, software, or web pages, as well as loss, delay, or corruption of data transmitted or attempted to be transmitted by participants.
Taxes: Each free order recipient is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local sales tax, income tax, or other taxes that may arise.
Liability Release, Indemnification, and Disclaimer: Each free order recipient releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Aosom and all related individuals and entities (including Aosom's agents and independent contractors) from any and all liabilities, claims, or lawsuits arising from participation in the promotion and the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the promotional reward.
Modification: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aosom reserves the right to modify the promotion rules. Aosom will endeavor to resolve disputes through negotiation but retains the final right of interpretation.
