This company was extremely helpful when the delivery of my catio was shipped to my home billing address instead of the delivery address. Patricia who was the customer representative took matters into her hand to speak with a supervisor to remedy the situation. I was ask to ship the item to the delivery site and I would be reimbursed for the shipping cost. I thought i would be left with the $317 shipping cost, but to my surprise !! they reimbursed the full amount. What a great company. Thank you...
