I really enjoy my new swing set. However, the fabric on the canopy was too small and I am unable to stretch it over the top rail so the two hand turned bolts can be screwed in. I'm quite confident that I have not done anything wrong. I phoned you regarding my concern and the customer desk said they would send a replacement. It has not arrived so far.
