COMPLETE GARBAGE

Firstly, they are not made of concrete. After dissecting one, they are all made of resin filled with sand. No concrete whatsoever. Secondly, I still tried to use them. They cannot hold a 9 foot market umbrella. The wind would pick them up right out of the stand or they would completely topple over. I ordered 6 of these bases. When I tried to return them, they would only credit me $57 in total and told me to keep them (I wonder why!!!) or it would cost me over $200 to return them as I would have...
