Great umbrella, and amazing customer service!
I placed my order and it arrived fast, but it was missing a part. I contacted customer service and they were very friendly and quickly resolved the issue, sending the replacement part (honestly, I have never had some quick customer service responses!).

15' Outsunny Patio Umbrella
Loved the look of this umbrella however, as it is a double patio umbrella, the post is quite large and didn't fit in our existing base. We had to return it. Fantastic company. Excellent customer service, no problem with returns. I would definitely purchase other items from them.

The umbrella is more than we expected. It comes on a steel pole, with an easy to use crank. The color is beautiful, better than the color online. The UV protection is an added bonus. It not only shades my rectangular patio table and chairs, but part of my patio also. Great price for a great umbrella!
