We like it
We received the item several days before the promised date but one part (roller) was damaged. Contacted Aosom and a new part was delivered within 4 days. The customer service was very helpful and courteous. One star is being taken off for the damaged part which caused a delay in installation. As for the Outsunny 13’x8’ manual retractable patio awning product itself, it provides good shade, we are very happy about it. We will update the review as it goes through the test of time and weather.
