Excellent Product and Service
Product was delivered within two days of ordering. It was very well package to prevent any damage. Gazebo was relatively easy to assemble, taking two people and approximately 8 hrs. in total. Customer service was excellent if you use email, they responded withing 24hrs. I tried calling the customer service number a couple of times with no luck at it being answered. From my experience I would highly recommend AOSOM.

Beautiful and sturdy gazebo
Gazebo was erected at the front yard of my home and it is admired by my neighbors. It's ideal Gazebo that I wanted. The price was right and I love the design and the material. I bought two the first was too big for the space so I gave that to my son. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

It took us about 7 hours to complete. The video and paper instructions were helpful, but the video is outdated. The roof is not the same as in the video. The finished product is exactly like the picture on the website.

Great Gazebo
The gazebo came exactly as described on the website and arrived within 3 days with no missing pieces. It came in 2 separate packages that were quite heavy but the delivery guy and I were able to offload them from the truck no problem. We also ordered the patio furniture (it came separately) which was easy to put together and fits perfectly with the gazebo.
For the most part it takes 2 people and 2 ladders if possible to put together – my grandson and I worked with 1 ladder and we were fine. The YouTube video was helpful and we were able to get it fully erected in about 10 hours over 3 days. We didn’t rush and took a few breaks. The end result was a great looking gazebo which is solid and well put together.
As with some other reviewers we found that the most challenging part was getting the metal roof on. Make sure that the top panel overlaps the bottom panel or it will leak – we had to go back and change one panel. As others have suggested we left one of the middle rectangle panels until the end – this left us with easy access to all the angled pieces.
As you will see in the last few picture I was able to find a winter cover (Sojag) that fit this model perfectly. This will allow me to store the patio furniture, in the gazebo, in the winter and not have to store it in the garage and bring it back out in the spring.
