Shipping Problems
Product itself is manufactured just fine. We had to have the item reordered as the box was compromised in shipping and hardware was missing. Second box also looked like it had been through a war and hardware was scattered throughout the box. Despite being partially open, everything was there. I think it may be a problem with how the hardware bag is attached by a ribbon to one end of the box. The heavy parts inside shift and pull the bag open, also ripping the box.
