Drawers are not Aligned &amp; has small chirp

I bought this for my bedroom and I was very excited when it came, because it was fast. However one leg came with a light chirp or scratch. When assembling the drawer, it was very hard to determine where to place the screw of the latch because there was no mark, it ended up being misaligned. I am not so happy
