One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or before November 31, 2026, and contacted using the email address associated with their Aosom account.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this promotion is Aosom Canada, whose registered office is Unit 33-1 Sparks Ave, North York, ON M2H 2W1 (“Aosom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Aosom, its affiliates, and their immediate family members, as well as anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Aosom may require the potential winner to provide proof of age, residency, and eligibility.

3. Entry Period

The promotion begins at 00:00 on October 15, 2026 and ends at 23:59 on October 31, 2026, based on Eastern Time.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

· Log in to an Aosom account or create an account for free;

· Subscribe to the Aosom newsletter; and

· During the Entry Period, submit a comment on the promotion page describing how they make their home feel warm and cozy, including at least one photo.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

5. Entry Limit

One entry per person.

Multiple entries, or entries submitted through more than one account by the same person, may result in disqualification of all entries submitted by that person.

Entries submitted through automated, robotic, or other unauthorized means will be disqualified.

6. Content Requirements

Entries must be the participant’s own original content and must be relevant to the promotion theme.

By submitting an entry, the participant represents that:

· They own the submitted photo or have permission to use and submit it;

· They have obtained any necessary permission from identifiable individuals appearing in the photo;

· Any child appearing in the photo is their child or is otherwise under their care as a parent or legal guardian; and

· The entry does not contain unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Aosom reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

7. Use of Entries

By entering, participants grant Aosom permission to display their submitted comment and photo on the promotion page for purposes related to administering and displaying the promotion.

Aosom will not use submitted content for unrelated marketing, social media advertising, paid advertising, or other commercial purposes without obtaining separate consent from the participant.

8. Prize

One winner will receive a $50 Aosom voucher, redeemable on aosom.ca.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

If circumstances beyond Aosom’s reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable, Aosom reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The random selection will take place on or before November 7, 2026, using a verifiably random selection process.

The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Aosom account within 7 days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification.

Before being declared the winner, the selected participant must:

· Confirm their eligibility;

· Correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question; and

· Provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility.

If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, cannot be contacted, or is determined to be ineligible, Aosom may select another potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner by email within 14 days after the winner confirms their eligibility and completes all required verification steps.

Aosom will not charge the winner any fee to receive the prize.

12. Winner Announcement

Aosom may announce the winner using the winner’s first name and province, subject to applicable law and the winner’s rights.

If the winner does not wish their name or province to be used in a winner announcement, they may contact Aosom to request that this information not be published, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

13. Personal Information

Personal information collected through the promotion will be used to administer the promotion and as otherwise described in Aosom’s Privacy Policy.

14. Changes and Cancellation

Aosom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Participants may have additional rights under the laws of their province or territory of residence.

17. Acceptance

By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
