Very satisfied

We were a little worried about the assembly. Followed the directions, and the suggestions from the reviews. Took about 3 hours to assemble everything. Went together smoothly.

Comfortable and good quality!

They feel sturdy, like they will last for years to come.

Putting the set together took some time; we just picked away at it over a few evenings. If we could have used a drill, it would have went a lot quicker, but the screws are in awkward spots so it was up to the allen key.

Otherwise, it was a very simple setup, and instructions were easy to understand.

The feet on the legs are a nice touch for unlevel surfaces.

Shipping was very fast, I was surprised they arrived so quickly.

Disappointed.

I was so excited when I received my order but it turned to disappointment when I found out that there were missing pieces from one of the boxes. I immediately informed Aosom but 4 days have gone and does not received yet the missing pieces. I

Assembly took a long time!

Overall very nice set though only a week old. Assembly took in total about 7-8 hours. We used simple tools provided. All holes were perfectly aligned. There were just too many pieces. Each unit required at least 20 screws and some were tricky to get easy access to for tightening.It feels solid. Cushions are comfortable. Love seat accommodates two petite adults well but it’s compact.Delivery was a little challenging as the delivery guy said he can only leave on the curb because of the weight of boxes….isn’t...
