The wood on one of the benches started peeling within a week of purchase but customer service promptly followed up and resolved the issue almost immediately. I was satisfied with the settlement.

The table has broken

Good day- we purchased the table in May 2022 - it is on our deck and has been used a maximum of 6 times. The bar that goes between the bottom of the legs has broken. The pressed in thread insert has pulled out and therefore we cannot insert the screw. Could you send another cross bar?

Worried it won’t hold up

Love the look and size however I’m worried it is not going to last. It had only been outside less than a month and it is not holding up well to the elements. It’s a a lot paler in the few weeks it’s been out, there’s some wood splitting and seems to get worse every time it rains - very dissapointed :(

At this point it will need to be refinished and sealed with a better weather resistant finish if we want it to last - not what I was expecting a this price point
