Great customer service!

When our 3-piece set arrived, one of the table legs was incomplete missing a part which made it impossible to be assembled. I emailed Customer service at 4 pm on Friday of a long weekend. Within 15 minutes, I received a response and within 30 minutes I was told that a replacement piece was on its way to us. Lo and behold 3business days later, the new leg arrived. Our 3 PC set is perfect, exactly what we wanted and couldn't find locally. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Aosom again.

Je m’attendais à quelque chose plus massif et tout en métal, mais ce n’est pas le cas, donc je suis contente de ne pas l’avoir acheté plein prix. Coussin trop léger et sans cordon, donc ils partent au vent facilement. J’ai dû ajouter des cordons pour ne pas les perdre à chaque coup de vent. Très jolie, facile à assembler et livraison rapide.
