Outsunny 12x8 awning

Outstanding delivery and my wife and myself had it assembled in 2 hours. This awning is well made and will look great over our hot tub. We have not installed it due to weather, spring is coming .

Missing parts

We have opened the package and made the assembly but we found one missing parasleeve masonry anchor (#12 in user manual page 3)

Quality at a great price

Very sturdy awning at an excellent price and next day delivery.

As noted on other reviews, assembly instructions lack necessary detail to make this a quick build....allow an afternoon to get it done. You should be very pleased with results - Highly recommended

This is not 2nd Outsunny awning. The first one lasted 4 years being out 24-7-365. We had a lot of problems with the first one as the directions are vague, but the 2ND one was easier since we had the first one to copy from. It would be a lot easier if they would specify how far from the ends the arms went where they attached to the part with the valence (when extended). Some better illustrations might help. Instructions need work!

Spent 8 hours Saturday putting this together and installing it. Could have probably done it in 3 hours if the instructions have been better written and including better diagrams. But now that it is up, pretty happy overall. The quality is pretty good for the price. Have to see how it fairs the test of time.
