Great customer service and the item purchased was a disaster

Great customer service. After purchasing a parasol for almost $200, I quickly saw that the parasol was an absolute disaster. It was physically very hard to deploy and put away. It was already damaged in two places after first use. After 2 or 3 weeks of setting it up, I did a negative review of it and was surprised my how quick someone fm customer service reached out to me to solve the issue. Very quickly, Aosom agreed to pay for shipping of the return and reimbursed me in full. IAosom made it easy... Read More Great customer service. IAosom made it easy for me to the happy. I have 4 other products from Aosom and I am very satisfied with all 4. The parasol was simply a horrible design, but Aosom did not make me loose time and money.

Great product and price

Very happy with this umbrella - easy to assemble and good quality. Provides a useful amount of shade. I used a sandbag from Home Depot as an added weight to the base which works well and only cost $8.

Works and appears as advertised. It is a good basic umbrella with no extras. Ensure you get a base weight that is made for "t" shaped cross bases.

Sun umbrella.

The umbrella came fast and I live in a semi remote location. Easy to do the small assembly. The base doesn’t look like the picture I believe that is a separate purchase which I was unaware of. Good product for the value.
