I am literally only leaving a review because I found so many poor reviews of this company on the internet after I ordered, but I have had a very different experience so far. The item came in 1 business day. The next day!!! We bought it to use with our own 110lb heavy bag, since the description of the stand says it can accomodate up to 220lbs. There's a sticker on the actual stand that says "up to 50kg" but that is actually 110lbs so it seems to be okay. I wouldn't use it with any heavier bag than... We weighted down each corner with three 25lb plates (so 75lbs on four corners, 300lbs of weight total). It was relatively straight forward to assemble, all parts were included but it was much easier to use my own tools for set up. Took me a couple hours though. I assembled it on top of an 6x9 yoga mat for stability. And it works! The feet don't move, and the arm has some bouce but I think that's intentional. I'm going to keep an eye on the bolts, but seems pretty good so far! I'll be sure to update this review if anything changes, but so far pretty thrilled. I put 5 stars for customer service because i haven't used any, so I have no idea but am optomistic. (can't opt out of that section). Put away
