Promotion Terms:

Limit one free order per customer during the promotion period. Customers can participate daily from October 15, 2025, to October 29, 2025, by sharing their pet's story for a chance to win a free order.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Non-transferable: Promotion prizes cannot be transferred or assigned.

Promotion Period: October 15, 2025, to October 29, 2025. Customers must purchase pet supplies and participate in the promotion by sharing their pet's story during this period to be eligible for the free order. Any orders not successfully paid in full during this period or cancelled within the next 30 days will be disqualified.

Refunds and Maximum Promotion Amount: Any refunded order will be disqualified from the promotion. In addition, the maximum free amount per eligible order is $500 CAD.

Disqualification for Fraudulent Activity: Customers found to have engaged in fraudulent activity or attempted to manipulate the promotion through technical means will be disqualified and prohibited from participating in all future Aosom promotions.

Disclaimer: Aosom is not responsible for any problems caused in whole or in part by technical issues, including but not limited to problems with internet service, servers, hardware, software, or web pages, or loss, delay, or corruption of data transmitted or attempted to be transmitted by participants.

Taxes: Each recipient of a free order is solely responsible for any applicable federal, provincial, or local sales, income, or other taxes.

Release and Indemnification: Each recipient of a free order releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Aosom and all related persons and entities (including Aosom's agents and independent contractors) from any and all claims or causes of action arising from participation in the promotion and receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the promotion prize.

Modifications: Aosom reserves the right to modify the promotion rules at any time to the fullest extent permitted by law. Aosom will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation but reserves the right of final interpretation.

Eligible Customers: Subject to the above terms and conditions, this promotion is open to Canadian residents aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their province or territory, whichever is greater) as of October 15, 2025, excluding Aosom employees and their immediate families or household members. Void where prohibited by law.

Privacy and Consent: By participating in this promotion, you consent to Aosom collecting, using, and storing your personal information (including your pet's story and any photos or content you submit) for the purposes of administering this promotion, selecting winners, and potential marketing use.
