Promoter: Aosom Canada (“Aosom,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operator of aosom.ca and the Aosom Canada mobile application (the “App”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Aosom Calendar Quiz Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating, you agree to these Terms. All monetary amounts below are in Canadian dollars (CAD). 1. Promotion Period and Channels 1.1 The Promotion runs from 00:00 on October 12, 2026 to 23:59 on November 1, 2026, Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). 1.2 The Promotion is available through the designated Calendar Quiz promotion page on aosom.ca and through the App. 1.3 Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for rewards or prizes. 2. Eligibility 2.1 The Promotion is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory and hold a registered Aosom Canada customer account. 2.2 The special product prize can only be delivered to a Canadian address served by Aosom Canada’s delivery service. Participants outside the supported delivery area may participate and receive discount rewards but are not eligible for the special product prize. 2.3 Aosom employees, dropshippers, employees of affiliated companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible. 2.4 Participants must provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility and issue rewards or prizes. 2.5 Aosom may verify eligibility and refuse or cancel participation where these Terms are not met. 3. How to Participate 3.1 Participation is free. No purchase is necessary. 3.2 To participate, you must: (a) log in to your Aosom Canada account or create one free of charge; (b) subscribe to Aosom Canada marketing emails if you are not already subscribed; (c) access the Calendar Quiz promotion page during the Promotion Period; (d) answer the 12 quiz questions; and (e) submit your answers through the promotion page. 3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Each person may use only one account. Only the first submitted entry will count towards discount rewards and the special product prize. Later entries will be disregarded. 3.4 You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after entering will not affect your entry, rewards or prize eligibility. 3.5 Each question has one correct answer. Your score is based on the total number of correct answers submitted. 3.6 Your result and discount reward will be displayed after submission. 3.7 For the special product prize, completion time is measured from when the first question is displayed until your answers are submitted, as recorded by our systems. 4. Quiz Rewards 4.1 Participants will receive one discount reward based on their score: 12 correct 15% off (Exclusive applies) 8 to 11 correct 12% off (Exclusive applies) 5 to 7 correct $15 off orders of $129 or more 0 to 4 correct $10 off orders of $109 or more 4.2 Each coupon is valid for two weeks from the date of issue. Minimum spend thresholds apply to the order value after other discounts and before taxes and delivery charges. 4.3 Coupons cannot be used on flash sale or clearance items. Full exclusions are shown with the coupon. 4.4 Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold or combined with another promotional code or offer. 4.5 Receiving a coupon does not guarantee the availability of any particular product. 5. Special Product Prize 5.1 Participants who answer all 12 questions correctly and meet the prize eligibility requirements qualify for the special product prize. 5.2 This is a game of skill. Among eligible participants who answer all 12 questions correctly on their first attempt, the participant with the fastest verified completion time will win one product prize: SKU 830-865V01BK. 5.3 Completion times are determined from recorded submission data. Aosom may review system records to verify results. 5.4 If completion times are identical, the participant with the earlier submission timestamp will rank higher. 5.5 If fewer than three eligible participants answer all 12 questions correctly, only those participants will receive a prize. 5.6 Aosom will contact winners at the email address linked to their account within seven days after the Promotion Period ends. 5.7 Winners must reply within 72 hours to accept the prize and provide an eligible Canadian delivery address and any information reasonably required to verify eligibility. If a winner does not reply in time, is ineligible or declines the prize, it will be offered to the next fastest eligible participant, who will have the same 72-hour response period. 5.8 We aim to deliver prizes within seven days after receiving and verifying delivery details. 5.9 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value. 6. Winner Announcement 6.1 With each winner’s consent, we will publish their first-name initial and surname on our Facebook page within three days of confirming the winners. 6.2 Declining publication will not affect a winner’s entitlement to their prize. 7. Sharing 7.1 After completing the quiz, you may have the option to share your result on social media. 7.2 Sharing is optional and does not affect your score, rewards or prize eligibility. 8. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct 8.1 Participants must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, multiple accounts or other unauthorized methods to complete the quiz, manipulate completion times or obtain additional rewards. 8.2 Attempts to manipulate answers, submission records, completion times or rewards may result in disqualification. 8.3 Aosom may withhold or cancel rewards or prizes where we reasonably suspect fraud, technical manipulation, duplicate accounts or other abuse of the Promotion. 8.4 Participants who breach these Terms may be restricted from this or future promotions, and their coupons may be cancelled. 9. Privacy 9.1 Aosom is responsible for personal information collected in connection with the Promotion. 9.2 We use account details, quiz answers and completion times to administer the Promotion, issue rewards, identify and contact winners, deliver prizes and prevent fraud. 9.3 Marketing emails will only be sent with your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. 9.4 Details about how we handle personal information and your privacy rights are available in the Privacy Policy on aosom.ca. 10. Changes and Cancellation 10.1 Aosom may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or these Terms where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including technical failures, fraud or legal requirements. Changes will not materially disadvantage participants who have already entered unless required by law. 10.2 Any changes will be published on the promotion page. 10.3 Aosom’s decisions concerning the Promotion will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Terms. 11. Liability 11.1 Aosom is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical failures, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are not affected. 12. Applicable Law 12.1 The Promotion is subject to applicable Canadian federal laws and the laws of the participant’s province or territory of residence.
