overall great but lacks height
I am using it for a month now and I feel the height is a bit low. I cannot increase it more than a height as thats the limit. my laptop table is a bit elevated and its causing neck pain while looking up to the monitor

Ordered the Vinsetto Mid-back office chair for light, occasional use, and it appears to meet that purpose well, at a very good price. Ordering it was very easy, and the delivery was very quick and efficient.

Delivery was quick and right to our door in rural Alberta.
Assembly was quite simple and so far the chair is working well. Comfortable although it could use a lumbar support. The slide out foot/leg rest is an interesting addition in the design.
Hoping the fabric holds up as well as our previous leather chair.

When, i called to confirm about the delivery the response by staff was very poor. even before investigation, she casually responded and said, "your package could be lost in shipping, we will give you refund and cancel your order." The instructions were a little vague and the images could have been a bit sharper but that could just have been the printer. Took some time to assemble by myself (woman) The color works with my office but I would have liked the drawers to be a little deeper but did manage to get all my files in it after some thinning.
