Great product, easy to put together, quick delivery to rural area
Bought as a gift for my partner's home office. Old chair falling apart. Excellent product for the pricing. was easy to put together. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that he can't keep it plugged in because he runs over the cord when he moves. Maybe would be better if it was a recharchable battery? instead of electric cord.

Best gift to myself 😍
I wish it reclined a bit further to get even better massage but this chair is amazing! It was easy to assemble, comfortable, soft, and the massage and heat are very powerful. I am so impressed! The scale of the chair suits me well as a 5’6” 160lbs woman. I think a larger person may wish for something larger. Perhaps I should have got the lighter colour but the brown is very nice.

Fun chair stuff wheels
The chair has a nice seat and high back. It was a bit tough to get the arms on. The wheels are very tight and slow moving. I hope they loose. Odd. In general I am happy with the purchase but anticipate having to replace the wheels. I am worried about them damaging the laminate floor

The chair is very nice and comfortable. The shipping was also pretty great, only took 1week to arrive. There is no physical user manual included. But you can find that under product description so it was all good in the end. All in all it’s worth buying it 👍

Chair was easy to assemble. It's overall comfortable, but I found that if I have to use for a few hours straight, the lumbar support was starting to get uncomfortable. I put a thin pillow and it was much better.

Nice product with issues on the road
No one was able to help reroute my order, and I called immediately after placing an order and noticing that I have my old address for delivery. I called twice to customer service and twice to a shipping company - they just pointed to each other 😔 Thus, I got my chair in a month after delivery when the friend of mine visited us.

It it very good but with flaws. The method of reclining the chair is difficult, the lever is farther down that you'd expect and is not easy to operate. The massage part is impossible to be comfortable against unless you are using the massage function, which I'm not using all the time I'm in the chair. It comes with a pillow you can use to cover the area when not using it, but I'd rather not have the function at all. Footrest is nice, took a while to get used to because it feels a little flimsy,...

The part where you put your butt is comfortable but not soft, sit for several hours and your butt may hurt. Picture they provide are accurate for colour and appearance.

file cabinet
File cabinet is abit small, directions for assembly were a little difficult. Specs said was goof for letter and A45 legal. I did not know there was a difference between legal ans A4 legal so I bought it and its too small. Otherwise it looks great. Happy with it.
