Today I had the opportunity to set it up. It really is a simple set up, the stickers are exhaustive, but don't let that stop you. The toy is of REALLY good quality. My grandson loves it...even though it is taller than he is! The customer service is amazing! I found myself a few pieces short which turned out to be my mistake.
