This is a replacement for the same product which arrived defective. After having several pleasant email exchanges with customer support, they agreed to pay to have the truck returned by fedex. As a result of the excellent response i reordered the same one and it arrived before the defective one was even picked up. The defective truck was picked up on Friday and the refund was processed and credited to my credit card on the Monday. Four days processing and over a weekend. Have never had an experience...

Have never had an experience with any company as effective and efficient (almost any purchase these days require some extra effort by the buyer) than this. Aosom is now my first online look for any future purchase decisions.

Great Idea!
My 15 month old took to it very quickly and climbed it on his own. It is now his favourite place to stand and have his snack in the kitchen. He asks less to be picked up and held because he can see what we are doing from the step. This is greatly helpful because both my husband and I have varying health issues that prevent us from holding him extensively. All in all, it was a great purchase and the relative who introduced us to the idea of this step has been greatly appreciated.

Easy assembly, great visual, takes up only a little space for LOTS of fun and car-parking area. My nephew LOVED it!
