great idea but not super solid
I love the concept, but for the price I expected more quality. The stain was very poorly applied and the shingles on top no longer stuck. Really disappointed.

Not worth it
I guess it’s cheap so maybe worth it? But my opinion is don’t do it. You’re better off building a tortoise table not using an old bookshelf. It arrived and had damage to it already. Once I finished building it, because of the pull out bottom, there is holes in the bottom. So using soil is slippery slope so expect soil all over the ground. The top is already coming out. I did put my light bulbs on there but they’re maybe a couple lbs? So I didn’t think it would be this crappy.

Do NOT purchase for large cats...ie. Ragdoll
This looks great but it is very flimsy and not made well. Took time to put together and will have to be sprayed as it has a lot of scratches. I am not impressed with this product. It needs rods to go through the platforms so that the cat doesn't fall when it bends and breaks. Mounting the platforms to parts of the thin cage is the worst idea ever. Whoever designed this does not care about animals. If my cats fall if the platform let's go then I will not have my cat and if he survives an expensive...

Nice Cage
Order the cage hoping that all would be good as our new baby is coming home soon just to find out because of the parts not being protected well in the box that a few of the parts were bent… Contacted customer service after taking all the parts out of the box and they agreed to send replacement parts….
The whole delivery process was a nightmare dealing with the courier company.

Dangerous design for pets
The bars are narrow enough that our puppy can’t fit her head through the bars, however, the bars of the bottom of the gate flare out making a wider gap. We just had our puppy stick her head through there, stand up, and then get stuck. She started flailing and panicking when she realized she was stuck, so if we hadn’t been around to immediately help her out she likely would’ve gotten hurt.

This cage is flimsy and you can’t take apart to clean. Pull out tray is nice but can’t clean the inside. It’s not even put together and alignment is off.

Absolute garbage - the product was put together backwards and pre drilled holes are on the wrong side - had to cut the wire and make new holes to finally put it together - couldn’t assemble as per instructions as the frame was the wrong way . And then informed they had to look for my confirmation number . They also advertise free shipping on all items - but got charged shipping on the item because it was on “flash sale “ which made it more expensive than what it was prior to the flash sale - even on my invoice it says free shipping on all items and get charged a $17 plus taxes fee for it . Feels like a huge scam these sales - and free shipping on all items is a lie . We had no choice but to jimmy rig it as we have a three legged foster coming and he has to he secured . So we have no choice but to keep this garbage as it took soo long to arrive - even though they say they ship out in 24 hours - it took days and me contacting them - ontop of it being made wrong its poorly painted , cheaply made && not worth the price - also sharp pieces of metal inside the cage that will cut the cat, and the base doesnt align at all - the latches are almost falling off and definitely wont last after a few uses as they are bent and the doors don’t align !! take my warning DO NOT BUY . Hopefully we just got a lemon and no one else has to deal with this .

Don’t sell yourself short and buy a cheap coop, it will take be worth it in the long run
Customer service was great, delivery was great. Price was great, I knew it would be flimsy.
The instructions are only pictures and none of the pieces come labelled.
The tiniest screws hold the doors on the tiny hinges ,the 3 roof sections do not get fastened to the cage and there is no bottom. Day 2 of it being out side a predator took one of our chickens and injured another. Day 2 !!!
This is a death trap for animals.
My kids were so sad to wake up to chicks missing and bleeding.

I have given feedback to the business but have not received any reply!
On the first day of receiving the goods, three of the four wheels looked like defective products, and one of the wheels didn't work at all during installation. I wrapped it with plastic wrap to barely use it. What I got at this price was really disappointing!

Step arrived cracked
I was really looking forward to this product arriving however I am extremely disappointed as when I opened the delivery I discovered one of the steps came cracked. Don’t waste your money!!
