It looks like a well built trailer for its size, and assembly and delivery was good other the two repair holes in box on side with wheels but no damage, Tks
Hi,everything good,all there all good shape parts !, we’ll build! Put together easy!,But the box it came in had some damage on where wheels are against the box there ,good those plastic protectors were there, but no damage to wheels.Some one taped up the holes at least, it was delivered quickly! Tks

Caused injuries, can’t get any satisfaction. Terrible service!
received a pretty damaged box, damaged wheel as well. Decided to give it a try anyway. While inflating the wheel it literally exploded in my face causing me injuries and multiples cuts. Found out it was a manufacturing defect. They don’t want to refund the product.

the right wheel motor came not attached and was broken.
the left contact to the wheel motor came broken so right now it's the right wheel driving it, I won't be using it that way.

Excellent service à la clientèle et produit de qualité
Le 1er trailer que j'ai reçu avait été très endommagé pendant la livraison. La personne du service à la clientèle a été très gentille et compréhensive et après avoir parlé à son patron, un nouveau trailer nous a été envoyé sans même nous demander de retourner le 1er que nous avions reçu du à la nature du dommage. J'ai reçu le nouveau trailer très rapidement et en parfait état!
