  • Correct Positioning: Assemble each section according to the illustrated steps, ensuring parts are facing the correct direction. If holes do not line up easily, adjust the positioning rather than applying force.
  • Safe Assembly Area: Keep children and pets away from the assembly area. Store small hardware pieces and tools safely during installation to prevent loss or accidental injury.

Safety Precautions

  • Place the picnic table on a level, stable surface before use to ensure even weight distribution and prevent movement.
  • Do not stand, climb, or jump on the tabletop or bench seats, as this may affect structural stability.
  • Ensure all bolts, nuts, and screws are fully tightened before first use and rechecked periodically.
  • Distribute weight evenly across the table and benches to maintain balance during use.
  • Supervise children during use and ensure the table is used only for its intended purpose.

Care & Maintenance

  • Wipe the wooden surfaces regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt, spills, and outdoor residue.
  • Inspect all fixings, support legs, and braces from time to time, tightening them if any loosening is detected.
  • Apply a suitable outdoor wood treatment or protective oil periodically to help protect the table from moisture and sun exposure.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water and wipe the surface dry after rainfall.
  • When not in use for extended periods or during harsh weather, cover the table or store it in a sheltered area to help extend its lifespan.

FAQs

1. Some bolt holes were hard to align during assembly. Is this normal?

Yes, slight misalignment can occur before the frame is fully adjusted. Loosening nearby bolts usually allows the holes to line up properly before final tightening.

2. The picnic table feels slightly uneven after assembly. What should I do?

Check that the table is placed on a completely flat surface and loosen the bolts slightly. Adjust the legs until the table sits evenly, then retighten all bolts securely.

3. One leg seems shorter after assembly. Is the product defective?

In most cases, this is caused by uneven bolt tightening or surface placement. Check the ground level and retighten the legs evenly to correct the height.
