This step requires the following parts and hardware:

  • Table Legs – C (x1 pair)
  • Support Bar – B (x1)
  • M6 × 15 Bolts – (x2)
  • Washers – (x2)

Instructions:

  1. Position one Table Leg (C) upright on your assembly surface.
  2. Align the Support Bar (B) with the mounting holes on the inside of the leg frame.
  3. Insert one M6 × 15 Bolt through the washer, then into the aligned holes.
  4. Repeat for the second bolt on the opposite hole.
  5. Tighten the bolts only until loosely secure, you will fully tighten later once all pieces are connected.

Guide:

  • The Support Bar (B) must sit inside the Table Leg frame (C) exactly as shown.
  • Do not overtighten at this stage to allow room for adjustment in Step 2.

Step 2: Attach the Support Bar to the Second Table Leg

This step requires the following parts and hardware:

  • Table Leg – C (x1)
  • Support Bar – B (already attached on one side)
  • M6 × 15 Bolts – (x2)
  • Washers – (x2)

Instructions:

  1. Position the second Table Leg (C) upright and align it with the free end of the Support Bar (B).
  2. Line up the holes on the Support Bar with the mounting points inside the leg frame.
  3. Insert an M6 × 15 Bolt with a Washer through the aligned holes.
  4. Repeat the same process for the second bolt.
  5. Tighten both bolts lightly so the structure holds its shape but still allows slight adjustments.

Guide:

  • Ensure the Support Bar is level and sits inside both Table Legs evenly.
  • Keep all bolts slightly loose for now, final tightening will happen after the tabletop is installed.

Step 3: Secure the Table Frame to the Tabletop

This step requires the following parts and hardware:

  • Tabletop – A (x1)
  • Assembled Leg Frame (from Steps 1–2)
  • M6 × 15 Bolts – (x4)
  • Washers – (x4)

Instructions:

  1. Place the Tabletop (A) upside down on your assembly surface.
  2. Carefully position the assembled leg frame over the tabletop, aligning all corner holes with the mounting points on the legs.
  3. Insert an M6 × 15 Bolt with a Washer into each connection point.
  4. Repeat this for all four corners to secure both legs to the tabletop.
  5. Tighten all bolts lightly, ensure the frame sits evenly before fully securing in later steps.

Guide:

  • Confirm that each leg sits flush inside the tabletop frame before tightening.
  • Do not overtighten yet; a slight looseness helps maintain proper alignment for the next steps.

Step 4: Confirm the Table Assembly is Complete

Instructions:

  1. Turn the table upright carefully, holding both legs to avoid uneven pressure.
  2. Check that the frame sits firmly and evenly on the ground without wobbling.
  3. Make sure the Support Bar and all leg connections are aligned correctly.
  4. If the table sits unevenly, adjust the positioning and tighten bolts gradually until fully secure.

Guide:

  • This step is mainly for stability checking; ensure all bolts from previous steps are now tightened fully.
  • Your table is now complete and ready to use after final inspection.

Step 5: Attach the Chair Back Frame to the Backrest Panel

  3. Insert an M6 × 35 Bolt through a Washer and slide it through the pre-drilled hole.
  4. Repeat the same process for the second bolt at the lower connection point.
  5. Tighten both bolts lightly to hold the panel in place while keeping room for final adjustment.

Guide:

  • Ensure the curved top edge of part D faces upward as shown in the diagram.
  • Do not fully tighten yet, this helps prevent misalignment in the following chair assembly steps.

Note: This step will be repeated for both chairs.

  2. Insert an M6 × 35 Bolt combined with a Washer through the upper connection point.
  3. Repeat the same process at the lower connection point, securing the second bolt.
  4. Tighten both bolts lightly, just enough to hold the frame in place without restricting movement.

Guide:

  • Ensure part G aligns straight and sits flush against the Chair Back Assembly to avoid twisting the frame.
  • Final tightening will be done once the full chair frame is connected in upcoming steps.

Note: This step will also be repeated for the second chair.

  3. Insert an M6 × 35 Bolt with a Washer into each mounting point.
  4. Repeat this process for all four corners of the seat base.
  5. Lightly tighten each bolt to secure the panel while still allowing for small adjustments.

Guide:

  • Make sure the Seat Base Panel sits evenly and flush across the entire frame.
  • Do not fully tighten the bolts yet, wait until the chair is fully assembled for best alignment.

Note: This step will be completed twice, once for each chair.

Step 8: Place the Seat Cushion Panel onto the Chair

  4. Confirm that all panels, frames, and seat bases are aligned correctly and securely attached.

Guide:

  • This step completes your entire 3-piece outdoor seating set.
  • Your chairs and table are now ready for use after a final stability check.

Care & Maintenance

  • Wipe the chairs and table regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and outdoor debris.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners that may damage the metal frame or fabric backrest.
  • Allow all fabric parts to dry completely before storage to prevent mould or mildew buildup.
  • Although designed for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heavy rain, or snow can shorten lifespan, storing the set under cover during harsh weather or off-season.
  • Keep the furniture on flat, stable ground to avoid unnecessary stress on the frame structure.

Safety Precautions

  • Keep children and pets away during assembly to avoid injuries from loose parts or tools.
  • Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity for each chair (follow warnings in product manual).
  • Avoid placing open flames, hot items, or sharp objects directly on the table or fabric areas.
  • Always ensure all bolts are fully tightened before using the chairs or table.
  • Do not use the chairs during storms or severe weather conditions, and avoid sitting if the fabric is wet or slippery.

FAQs

1. Why does my chair feel slightly uneven even after tightening all bolts?

This usually happens when one frame is tightened before the others are aligned. Loosen all bolts slightly, place the chair on a level surface, press gently on each corner to settle the frame, and re-tighten bolts evenly to restore balance.

2. What if a bolt becomes loose repeatedly after some time?

Outdoor furniture expands and contracts with temperature changes. Apply a small amount of threadlocker (non-permanent type) to the bolt threads and tighten again to prevent it from loosening while still allowing future removal.

3. Can I use chair pads or cushions with this set?

Yes, but choose cushions with ties or non-slip backing so they stay in place on the seat panel. Ensure any added cushions are designed for outdoor use to prevent moisture absorption and mildew.
