Assembly Instructions

Before beginning, ensure all parts and hardware are available. Assemble your Outsunny 8-Seater Outdoor Dining Table on a flat, clean surface and follow the steps below for a smooth and accurate setup.

Step 1: Attach the Bottom Support Bars (E) to the Side Panels (A) and Base Panel (B)

1. Place both Side Panels (A) on the left and right sides as shown in the diagram.
2. Position the Base Panel (B) in the centre between the two Side Panels.
3. Take the Bottom Support Bars (E) and align them with the lower connection points on each Side Panel (A).
4. Attach one Support Bar (E) to the left Side Panel (A) and one Support Bar (E) to the right Side Panel (A).
5. Next, attach the remaining Support Bars (E) to the Base Panel (B), aligning them with the corresponding lower holes.
6. Ensure all parts (A, B, and E) are aligned properly before inserting bolts in the next step.

Step 2: Secure the Panels Using Bolts (G) and Washers (L)

1. With the frame laid flat, align the pre-drilled holes on the Side Panels (A), Base Panel (B), and Bottom Support Bars (E).
2. Insert one M6×15 Bolt (G) through each hole.
3. Place an M6 Washer (L) onto each bolt before tightening.
4. Use the M6 Allen Key (N) to tighten every bolt to 60% tightness.
   
   • This ensures the structure stays flexible for alignment in later steps.
     
5. Continue installing all 32 bolts (G) with their 32 washers (L) across the entire bottom frame.
6. Do not fully tighten at this stage, leave final tightening for Step 04.

Step 3: Attach the Corner Brackets (D) and Install the Top Support Bars (C)

1. Take one Top Support Bar (C) and position it vertically above the corner where it will connect.
2. Align the bottom of the Top Support Bar (C) with the designated corner area of the frame.
3. Place one Corner Bracket (D) inside the corner where the bar meets the frame.
4. Insert an M8×40 Bolt (F) through the bracket and into the Top Support Bar (C).
5. Add an M8 Washer (H) onto the bolt.
6. Use the M8 Allen Key (M) to tighten the bolt securely.
7. Repeat this process for all four corners using:
   • 4 Corner Brackets (D)
   • 4 Top Support Bars (C)
   • 8 Bolts (F) and 8 Washers (H)
8. Ensure each corner is firmly secured before moving on.

Step 4: Final Tightening and Completion

1. Once all Top Support Bars (C), Corner Brackets (D), and frame connections are installed, check the entire structure for proper alignment.
2. Tighten all M6 and M8 bolts fully, ensuring the table frame is secure and stable.
3. Carefully flip the table upright with assistance, this is a two-person lift.
4. Verify that all legs sit evenly on the ground. Adjust if needed.
5. Your table assembly is now complete.
