Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attaching the Legs to the Seat Cushion

  2. Align the leg frames (C) with the pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the seat.
  3. Insert the bolts (A) through the leg frame into the seat. Make sure each bolt has a washer if included.
  4. Using the Allen key (C), tighten all four bolts. Do not overtighten aim for around 90% tightness so you can adjust later if needed.
  5. Ensure the leg frames are stable and correctly aligned with the seat before moving to the next step.

Step 2: Attaching the Back Legs / Armrests

  • Armrests / Back Legs – E (x2)
  • Seat Assembly (from Step 1)

Instructions:

  1. Turn the seat assembly (with legs attached) upside down.
  2. Take one armrest/back leg (E) and align it with the pre-drilled holes at the rear corners of the seat.
  3. Correct alignment is critical:
    • Ensure the holes on part E line up perfectly with the holes on the seat frame (refer to the check mark in the diagram).
    • Avoid the incorrect placement shown with the “X”. Misalignment will prevent proper assembly.
  4. Insert the bolts (from previous step or new hardware if indicated) and loosely secure the back legs.
  5. Repeat the same process for the second armrest/back leg (E).

Step 3: Securing the Back Legs / Armrests to the Seat

  • Armrests / Back Legs – E (already attached loosely)
  • Bolts M8×75 – B (x4)
  • Allen Key – C

Instructions:

  1. Take the armrests/back legs (E) positioned in Step 2.
  2. Align the holes on each armrest with the corresponding holes in the seat frame.
  3. Insert the M8×75 bolts (B) through the washers and into the holes.
  4. Using the Allen key (C), tighten all four bolts.
    • Ensure the armrests are straight and fully aligned before fully tightening.
    • Tighten bolts until secure, but avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the frame.

Step 4: Adjusting the Balance of the Chair

  1. Once all bolts and screws are fully tightened, carefully turn the chair upright and place it on a flat surface.
  2. Sit gently on the chair to test stability.
  3. Check that all four legs are evenly touching the floor.
  4. If the chair rocks or tilts slightly:
    • Double-check that all bolts are tightened evenly.
    • Adjust the placement of the legs slightly if needed.

  2. Take the black bottom cover (M) and align it with the underside of the seat.
  3. Press the cover firmly into place so it sticks evenly along all edges.
  4. Ensure that all corners and sides are flush with the seat bottom.

    • All legs should sit evenly on the floor.
