How to Assemble Your Foldable Clothes Drying Rack

Follow each step carefully to assemble your HOMCOM Foldable Clothes Drying Rack SKU: 850-208V00BK  to make it perfect and ready for usage.

Step 1 – Assemble the Base Support Frame

  1. Place both F – Base Support Tubes on the floor, aligning them parallel to each other.
  2. Insert all four G – Castor Wheels into the sockets on the underside of each base tube. Push firmly until each wheel clicks securely in place.
  3. Connect the two base tubes using both J – Lower Support Tubes (710 mm) by inserting each J tube into the openings between the base tubes.
  4. Ensure the J tubes are fully seated so the base frame becomes rectangular and stable.
  5. Once connected, check that all four castors rotate smoothly and the base stands evenly.

Step 2 – Assemble the Drying Shelf Frames

  1. Take one E1 – Left Shelf Rail (Two-Hole Plate Side) and place it on the left.
  2. Take one E2 – Right Shelf Rail (Smooth End) and place it on the right.
  3. Insert three H – Drying Rods into the openings between E1 and E2, sliding each rod fully into position to form a complete shelf frame.
  4. Ensure all rods sit evenly and the connections are firm.
  5. Repeat this process to assemble six (6) identical shelf frames.

Step 3 – Assemble the Middle Crossbar Sections

  1. Take two D – Middle Crossbar Connectors and position them on opposite sides.
  2. Insert two K – Horizontal Tubes (680 mm) into the connector openings, sliding each tube fully through to create a stable crossbar assembly.
  3. Ensure both tubes sit evenly and the connectors are aligned straight.
  4. Repeat this step to create two (2) identical middle crossbar sections.

Step 4 – Assemble the Upper Support Crossbar

  1. Position two C – Upper Support Brackets on opposite sides.
  2. Insert two K – Horizontal Tubes (680 mm) into the bracket openings, sliding each tube fully into place.
  3. Ensure both tubes sit straight and the brackets are aligned evenly to form the upper support section.

Step 5 – Install the Vertical Frame and Attach All Shelves

  1. Insert all I – Short Support Tubes (520 mm) vertically into the connectors on the base frame, ensuring the tubes slide fully into the openings.
  2. Take one assembled shelf and slide its side openings onto the vertical tubes, positioning it at the lowest level.
  3. Secure this shelf by tightening hardware ① – Long Hex Bolt + Nut Set through the connector holes on each side.
  4. Slide the second shelf onto the vertical tubes above the first one, then again fasten it securely using hardware ①.
  5. Repeat the process for the third shelf, ensuring all shelves are evenly spaced and level.
  6. Once all shelves are fixed, attach the two A – Multi-Hook Hanger Arms to the top section of the rack.
  7. Lock each hanger arm into place using B – Hanger Arm Lock Clips, pressing the clips firmly until the arms sit securely.
