FAQs

1. How can I prevent the armrests from wobbling?

If the armrests are wobbling, ensure that all screws and bolts securing the armrests to the seat frame are tightened properly. If the wobbling persists, check if the armrests are aligned correctly with the seat frame, and re-adjust if needed. Adding washers may also help if there is any play in the joints.

2. My sofa’s frame is not aligning properly, what should I do?

If the frame is not aligning correctly during assembly, double-check the positioning of each part according to the manual’s instructions. Ensure that all parts are aligned and that no screws are over-tightened before all parts are in place. Slight adjustments in positioning may be needed to ensure everything fits correctly.

3. How do I prevent rust on the aluminum frame?

To prevent rust on the aluminum frame, regularly clean the frame with a dry cloth to remove dirt and debris. If exposed to moisture, dry the frame immediately. Using a protective cover when not in use can also help shield the sofa from harsh weather conditions, preventing prolonged exposure to water.
