FAQs

1. The glider doesn’t move smoothly or feels stiff, how can I fix this?

Stiff movement usually happens when the connecting bolts are tightened unevenly. Loosen the gliding mechanism bolts slightly, glide the chair back and forth to align the joints, and then retighten them evenly. If resistance continues, apply a light silicone lubricant on the contact points to restore smooth motion.

2. One side of the seat feels higher or lower, what should I check?

Uneven seating often results from one support bar being fastened tighter than the other. Check both Seat Support Bars (C) and ensure the bolts are tightened evenly across both sides. Realign the seat if needed, then tighten the hardware gradually and equally to balance the seating level.

3. The armrests feel loose even after tightening, what could be the issue?

If the armrests continue to shift, the issue may be with the washer or lock nut placement. Make sure each G Bolt is installed with the K Washer, J Hex Nut, and L Lock Nut in the correct order. Reinstall the hardware if necessary, tightening from the inside first, then securing the lock nut last to keep the armrests firmly in position.
