Step 1: Attach the Left Lower and Right Lower Trellis Panels to the Seat Base Panel and Seat Backrest Panel

1. Place the Seat Base Panel (A) on a flat assembly surface, ensuring that the slats are facing upwards.
2. Position the Left Lower Trellis Panel (C) and Right lower Trellis Panel (D) on each side of the Seat Base Panel (A). Align their holes with the corresponding holes on the seat base.
3. Insert the M8 × 70 Bolts (L) through the holes on the Left Lower Trellis Panel (C) and Right lower Trellis Panel (D), securing them to the Seat Base Panel (A).

3. Attach the Under-Seat Support Bars (E) using the M3.5 × 35 Screws (P) to secure the support structure.
4. Tighten all bolts and screws, but do not fully secure them yet to allow for adjustments during the next steps.

Step 3: Attach the Side Bars of Top Panel

Instructions:

1. Position the Side Bars of Top panel (F) on a flat surface, ensuring that they are placed in the correct orientation as shown in the diagram.
2. Insert the M3.5 × 16 Screws (Q) through the holes 
3. Tighten all screws and bolts, but avoid fully securing them until the following steps are completed for alignment.

Tips:

• Double-check the orientation of the Side Bars of Top panel (F).
• If the bars don’t fit together easily, gently adjust the alignment by loosening the screws and bolts.

Step 4: Attach the Top Panel of Garden Arch to the Side Bars of Top Panel

Instructions:

1. Position the Top Panel of Garden Arch (H) and ensure the panel is aligned with the mounting holes.
2. Insert the M3.5 × 35 Screws (P) through the holes in the Top Panel of Garden Arch (H) securing them in place.
3. Tighten all screws to secure the backrest panel to the curved frame. Make sure everything is aligned correctly.

Step 5: Attach the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels to the Lower Trellis Panels

2. Insert the M6 × 70 Bolts (M) through the holes on the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels (J) and secure them to the Trellis Panels.
3. Tighten all bolts, but do not fully secure them yet to allow for adjustments during the next steps.

• Ensure the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels (J) are positioned evenly on both sides to maintain symmetry.
• If parts are not fitting properly, slightly adjust the alignment before tightening the bolts.

Step 6: Attach the Curved Frame Reinforcement Bars to the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels

Instructions:

1. Position the Curved Frame Reinforcement Bars (K) on top of the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels (J), aligning the mounting holes as shown in the diagram.
2. Insert the M3.5 × 35 Screws (P) through the holes in the Curved Frame Reinforcement Bars (K) and into the corresponding points on the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels (J).
3. Tighten all screws to secure the Curved Frame Reinforcement Bars (K) firmly to the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels (J)

Tips:

• Ensure that the Curved Frame Reinforcement Bars (K) are centered and aligned properly to avoid any misalignment.
• If parts are not fitting correctly, slightly loosen the screws to adjust the alignment before fully tightening them.

Step 7: Secure the Entire Structure with M3.5 × 25 Screws

1. Position the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels (J) and Seat Base Panel (A) to ensure the structure is aligned properly.
2. Insert the M3.5 × 25 Screws (N) through the holes located on the sides of the Upper Left & Right Trellis Panels (J) and secure them into place.
3. Tighten all screws to ensure the structure is stable and secure.
