Parts Used:
- D – Backrest Inner Frame
- E – Seat Inner Frame
- F (x2) – M6 × 16 Short Bolts
- K – Allen Key (tool)
Instructions:
- Place the Backrest Inner Frame (D) and the Seat Inner Frame (E) on a flat surface.
- Make sure the “FRONT” markings on both parts are facing the same direction and clearly visible.
- Align the hinge connection between parts D and E so the bolt holes line up correctly.
- Insert two M6 × 16 Bolts (F) through the aligned hinge holes, as shown in the diagram.
- Use the Allen Key (K) to tighten both bolts evenly.
- Ensure the joint is secure but still allows the backrest frame to pivot smoothly.
- Confirm the two inner frames form a solid L-shaped seat structure before moving to the next step.
Step 2: Install the Upholstered Cushion

Parts Used:
- C – Upholstered Cushion
- Assembled Inner Frame (from Step 1)
Instructions:
- Take the Upholstered Cushion (C) and locate the open side of the cover.
- Carefully slide the cushion over the assembled inner frame (D + E) from the top.
- Ensure the cushion fully covers both the backrest section and the seat section of the frame.
- Adjust the fabric so it sits evenly, without twisting or bunching along the edges.
- Align the stitched panels of the cushion so they follow the natural shape of the seat and backrest.
- Press gently along the sides and corners to confirm the cushion is fully seated and secure.
Step 3: Assemble the Right Armrest and Vertical Support Rails

- A2 – Right Armrest
- B (x2) – Vertical Support Rails
- I (x4) – Wooden Dowels
- J (x2) – Barrel Nuts
Hardware Used:
- G (x2) – M6 × 105 Extra-Long Bolts
- K – Allen Key
Instructions:
- Place the Right Armrest (A2) on a flat surface as shown in image.
- Insert two Wooden Dowels (I) into the pre-drilled holes at the bottom of each Vertical Support Rail (B).
- Position each Vertical Support Rail (B) onto the matching holes on the Right Armrest (A2), ensuring they sit fully and evenly.
- Insert the Barrel Nuts (J) into the side openings of the support rails, aligning the nut opening with the bolt path.
- Insert one M6 × 105 Bolt (G) through the base frame and into each support rail, threading it into the barrel nut.
- Use the Allen Key (K) to tighten the bolts gradually while keeping both rails perfectly upright.

- Insert the Barrel Nuts (J) into the side openings of the support rails, aligning them with the bolt channels.
- Insert one M6 × 105 Bolt (G) through each side of the upper frame and into the barrel nut.
- Use the Allen Key (K) to tighten the bolts gradually, alternating sides to keep the frame level.

FAQs
Yes, a slight springy feel is normal due to the cantilever wooden frame design. As long as all bolts are fully tightened, this flex does not affect stability. Recheck fasteners if movement feels excessive.
Place the chair on a flat surface and confirm both curved frames are evenly aligned. Loosen the long bolts slightly, realign the frame, then retighten evenly. Uneven tightening is the most common cause.
Minor loosening can occur after the first few uses as the frame settles. Retighten all bolts after a few days of use. Periodic checks every few months help maintain firmness.
