FAQs

1. Why won’t my chair power on after assembly?

Check the power adapter connection at both ends and ensure it’s plugged into a grounded outlet. Test the outlet with another device to confirm power. If still unresponsive, inspect cables for damage before calling support.

2. What should I do if the remote stops working?

Ensure the remote cable is firmly connected to the chair’s port. Try unplugging and reconnecting both the chair and remote. If the issue persists, test with a replacement remote if available.

3. How do I fix unusual noises when reclining?

Unusual sounds often come from loose screws or misaligned parts. Tighten all bolts with the supplied tool and check for obstructions under the chair. If noise continues, discontinue use and seek professional help.

4. What if the chair lifts unevenly or feels unstable?

Verify all screws and brackets are fully tightened. Make sure the chair is placed on a flat, stable surface. If the problem persists, contact a technician as it may indicate a motor alignment issue.
