We are always looking to make Aosom better for our customers! Product reviews give you a place to voice and share opinions about our products. You are the expert with first-hand experience and by telling us about your experiences, you can help other customers make the right decision and help us improve as a company.

Only customers who have ordered the product being reviewed can leave a review on that product's page.

A. Logging on to their Personal Aosom Account and finding the product order OR
B. Clicking on the "product review" link in the follow-up following sent after the delivery of the product.

The review relays the customer's experience with the use, and features the product and can include thoughts about customer service and delivery, as well.
Buyer reviews are made up of ratings and comments : A rating on a scale of 1 to 5 stars is given by the buyer (1 being the lowest rating and 5 being the highest).

Reviews are monitored by Aosom. The buyer's review is immediately published on the product page after being viewed.
Reviews may be withdrawn by Aosom in the following cases:
A. The review is used for advertising purposes: the review contains, for example, hyperlinks/telephone numbers/email addresses.
B. The content of the review is spam: for example, the content of a review is published several times or with different accounts.
C. The review is off-topic. For example, the Buyer has given a review of another Product.
D. The buyer's rating is inconsistent: the number of stars allocated and does not match the content of the review.
E. The review contains comments of a political, abusive, obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit nature.
F. The review is deemed to defamatory (allegation or attribution of a fact that affects a person's character and reputation) or the review can be seen as a personal attack.
G. The content of the review is false.
H. The content of the review is referring to or inferring to illegal activity or intent.
I. The content of the review is protected by third-party rights such as copyright, trademark or patent rights.
J. The review was published following an identity theft.
K. The review contains personal information or personal information about a third party (such as: payment card, social security number, etc.).
L. The review exhibits hate speech, discrimination, homophobia, xenophobia, racism or violence.

By submitting the Photo/video, you are granting Aosom the worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your Photo/video in any manner to be determined in Aosom’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on its webpages, social media pages operated by Aosom (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok), promotional e-mails and advertisements, and in other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, in any media now or hereafter known. Aosom may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photo in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever. You grant Aosom the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Content.
